How to activate and cancel your plan

Activate your subscription

You can purchase or upgrade your subscription by going to your avatar > Settings > Plans and click 'Get Started' under any monthly or yearly plan to purchase your plan. 

If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the checkout page on Stripe (click apply before you purchase the plan to see the total discount).

Cancel subscription

Canceling your subscription is as easy as going to you avatar > Settings > Plans and clicking cancel subscription under your subscription. Make sure that you select the plan you're subscribed to (you may have to navigate to monthly or yearly depending on your plan type).

What if I can't see my plan?

If you are a user and you don't see your current plan listed on the plans page, go ahead and send an email to, or by using the live chat feature on the website.

Let support know that you are unable to find your current plan on the plans page and that you would like to cancel or change it. Be sure to include any relevant information such as the plan you were on, if you would like to cancel or switch to another plan. If you are not satisfied with your plan please let us know and we will try to help you out as best as we can.

It's important to note that if you cancel your plan, you will lose access to all of your services and data. If you would like to change your plan instead, support will be able to assist you in finding the best plan for your needs.
