What payment methods do you accept?

While we work on expanding our payment options, we are only accepting payments through credit cards processed by Stripe for security purposes. Rest assured that we do not have access to your card information.

What are your refund terms?

While we can assist you with disabling the renewal of your subscription and removing your payment method on file, regular plans are not eligible for refunds.

Purchases of LTDs are eligible for refunds within the first 7 days and if the account has used less than 20 generations and not more than 1 Seed Word

We doubt you'll want a refund, anyway – we've made the ultimate AI content marketing platform, and you're getting it at the price of a lifetime.

How can I update my payment information?

The great news is that you can update your payment information at your own convenience. Here are the steps to easily update your card information:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on your avatar > Choose settings
  3. Once in you're in the settings > Choose Billing
  4. Click on 'Manage cards' 
  5. You will be redirected to Stripe
  6. Choose/Add a payment method
  7. Add/update your information
  8. Save your changes

You can confirm the changes when you check back in the Billing section.
