How can I reset the password on my account?
To reset your password, simply click on 'Forgot your password?' and a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
How can I enable my subscription?
Enabling your website is as easy as 1,2,3 - literally.
- Log into your account and go to 'Settings'
- Click on 'Plans' and choose a plan that best fits your needs
- Once you click 'Get Started' you will be redirected to Stripe
Once the billing is set up, you're good to go!
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you feel the need to take a step back from your monthly/annual subscriptions, simply click 'Cancel subscription' in the 'Plans' section located in the Settings.
Can I buy add-ons?
We understand that the plan inclusions can be restricting. The great news is that you can now upgrade your account without upgrading your plan! Simply go to your Account Settings and click Upgrades. You can purchase monthly recurring add-ons according to your needs.

Where can I put the StackSocial code?
To redeem your subscription, visit the designated redemption page and complete the sign-up by entering the voucher code provided to claim your plan purchase. If you are signed into a Juice account, you will need to sign out and re-register your account.
